Hi I'm Yasmine 🌟

A product designer with a unique mix of being half-Black and half-Chinese. I craft digital experiences that empower people to share their authentic stories and connect with others because I believe that great design brings in kindness and inclusivity, creating spaces where everyone can express their true selves.

In my most recent role as a Product Design Intern at Super, I had the privilege of designing their app and web experience for a travel subscription service. In just four months, we saw remarkable growth with over 15k subscribers in a 0 to 1 product launch.

Before that, I worked at Interac, RBC, and UPWorlds where I contributed to design systems, conducted user interviews, synthesized research findings, and enhanced the UX/UI of internal platforms and client-facing websites.

I thrive in mission-driven industries that are dedicated to helping users become the best versions of themselves, whether it’s through improved usability, inclusivity, or empathy in design.

Beyond my work, I'm a huge anime fan, a gamer drawn to captivating narratives, and a food lover exploring around Toronto. By reading this, you've become a part of my story in some form or the other.
